Is there Internet in the rooms?

Yes, all of our rooms have free wireless internet access.

Is it possible to smoke in the rooms?

No, all of our rooms and public areas of the hotel are smoke-free and we kindly ask our guests to respect this prohibition.

We have a small terrace and this is the only space where you can smoke inside the hotel.

Is there a minibar in the room? 

No, but but we have a refrigerator in the reception for use of all our guests.

Is there breakfast in the Hotel?

We do not have a restaurant. However, one of the advantages for our guests, being located in the city center, is the possibility of enjoying different restaurants and cafes just a few steps from the Hotel and at budget prices.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept credit and debit cards. (VISA or Mastercard)

Can I pay with US dollars?

Yes, at the exchange rate of the day of check in.

What time is check in?

The standard time of check in is  3 p.m. If you arrive before 3pm and the room is already available, you will be able to chek in. If your room is not ready, we can save your lugagge for free at the reception.

What time is check out?

Check out time is 12:00 noon. If after this time you need to store your bags during the day, you can do so for free at the reception of the Hotel.

Can I stay in the room after the check-out time?

If you require to stay after 12:00 hours, depending on th availability, you can do so, with additional charges in proportion to the overtime of your stay.

How can I make a reservation?

You can do it via the form that appears on this website or if you prefer you can send an email to reservaciones@hotelrivemar.com with your name, number of people, chek in day, check out day and room type you wish to book.
